In part 2 of the episode, Mark Ellis leads off, demonstrating proper forehand technique before David Feldberg talks in detail about grips for drives and mid-range shots. Rounding things out is Gregg Hosfeld, reflecting on disc selection for newer players. In part one, Michael Raley provides a primer on the basic backhand drive, and Phil Arthur offers up tips on ambidextrous throwing. Next, Chris Sprague shares his thoughts on the proper swing plane, and Brian Schweberger rounds things out with a discussion of the overhand throw.
