what is a good exercise for golf beginners?
they say that the hip should only move in a circular direction.
BUT I CAN'T DO THAT.
my hips keeps on swaying as i swing my shoulder.
it's like the heavy club is swaying me or something.
do you know any exercise that would make my body swing a club like a pro?
